Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Small Joys Studio! This policy explains how we ship your order and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping costs
FREE standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Multiple packages
Our products ship from different partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Order tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the time we promised, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply by email (and ask for a photo if it's damaged), then send a replacement or a full refund.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us through our Contact page within 12 hours of ordering. Once your order is processed and shipped, we can't modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method.
